 | Vern Raffensberger, Associate Broker with Morgan-Collins, Inc., Realtor, originally founded White Rose Realty, Inc. in 1974. After 33 years of serving as President of White Rose Realty, Vern and Andy Collins of Morgan-Collins, Inc., Realtors, entered into a merger agreement to operate as one company under the name of Morgan-Collins Realtors.
Vern holds degrees from Penn State University and from John Hopkins University. After serving in the Military during the Vietnam era, Vern entered the construction and real estate business.
Vern is a member of the Realtors Association of York & Adams Counties, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Vern is married to Stella for 35 years and have one daughter, Alicia, who is a recent graduate of Temple University. |
